If I don't get this resolved, I'll cancel my payment. Not sure why - the main thing is that it seems to boost the download speeds. Still a problem on Adobe's side I believe - but they aren't admitting to it - or fixing it - so the only solution is a workaround.

Hi I have tried everything suggested and even tried the Adobe application Updater. I have checked and rechecked administrator persmissions and all okay. Another approach for freeing up space by creating a dyamic link. That finally fixed my problem with error.
